Refund Policy

At Coriva, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@coriva.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@coriva.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will make it right immediately.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order may already be processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
